OpEx offers a range of consulting services, including pre-existing content and learning tools for purchase, remote facilitation, and onsite support such as in-person auditing, multi-day facilitation and certification, and implementation of new programs. 

OpEx is committed to finding a solution within your budget. This could entail a one-time cost per project or the option to establish a monthly retainer arrangement.

Having OpEx on retainer benefits you from having a learning and development department without the heavy cost.  We are on call to support the day to day and the long term goals. It allows us to curate a plan based on your needs without worrying about an hourly rate!

You can access your purchased content through the Client Portal.  As a client of OpEx, any course updates are included in your original price.
